01Who we are and this agreement

LabXenon (labxenon.com) is an online platform for hands-on IT training operated by IT24, RC 33417, ICE 002754343000020, a company registered in Morocco ("IT24", "we", "us").

These Terms of Service form a contract between you and IT24 for the use of LabXenon. By creating an account — with an email and password, or with Google or Microsoft — or by using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use LabXenonon behalf of a company or school, you confirm you may accept these Terms for it.

02The service

LabXenon gives you temporary lab environments — real Linux machines and networks running on our servers — that you use from your browser, with tasks that are checked automatically, learning paths, certificates, and team features for organizations.

• Labs are temporary. A lab machine is created when you launch a lab and deleted when the session ends, expires or is reset. Do not keep anything you need on a lab machine.
• Isolation. Lab machines are isolated from each other and, unless a lab says otherwise, from the Internet.
• We improve the catalog and the platform over time; labs, features and limits may change.

03Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One account is for one person; don't share it.
• Keep your password and sign-in methods secure. You can turn on two-step verification in Settings. Tell us at once if you think your account was used without your permission.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

04Organizations and teams

An organization (for example a company, school or training center) is managed by its owners and admins. They can invite and remove members, assign labs and learning paths, see their members' progress, scores and lab activity within the organization, and manage its plan. If you join an organization, its admins can see this information about you. The organization is responsible for how it uses the service and for its members' access.

05Plans, payments and cancellation

The Free plan is available without a payment card. Paid plans, their prices, included lab hours, seats and limits are shown on the pricing page and in Billing before you buy.

• Payments are processed by our reseller and payment provider, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as merchant of record: Paddle sells the subscription to you, issues the invoice and handles taxes, refunds and payment details. Its own buyer terms apply to the purchase. We never see or store your card number.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• If a payment fails, we may limit paid features until it is resolved.
• Custom labs built for you are quoted separately. The scope, price and delivery date are those in the quotation you accept in your account.
• If prices change, we tell you in advance; the new price applies from your next renewal.

06Acceptable use

Labs give you powerful machines. You agree not to use LabXenon or its labs to:

• attack, scan, probe or send traffic to any system that is not part of your own lab environment;
• try to break out of a lab, reach other customers' labs, or get around isolation, limits, quotas or security controls;
• mine cryptocurrency, send spam, host or distribute malware, or run services for third parties;
• store or share illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• overload the platform on purpose, or automate access in a way that harms other users;
• copy, resell or publish our lab content (instructions, checks, solutions) without our written permission.

Security exercises are allowed only inside the lab environment they were designed for. We may monitor resource use to keep the platform safe, and we may stop a lab that breaks these rules.

07Content and intellectual property

The platform, its design, the LabXenon name and logo, and the lab content (instructions, tasks, checks and solutions) belong to IT24 or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your account is active and within your plan.

You keep the rights to what you write — for example reviews, support messages and custom lab requests. You allow us to store and use it to run the service and, for reviews you publish, to display them in the catalog with your name.

08Availability and changes

We work to keep LabXenon available and secure, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may carry out maintenance, which can interrupt labs in progress; we try to schedule it outside busy hours and announce longer maintenance in advance.

09Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using LabXenon at any time and ask us to delete your account; see the Privacy Policy for how deletion works.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts the platform or other users at risk, or is used for fraud. Where possible we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we close your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, we refund the unused part of a prepaid period.

10Liability

LabXenon is a training service. Labs are provided for learning; don't use them for production workloads or to store important data. To the extent the law allows, IT24 is not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For important changes we tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using LabXenonafter that date, the new Terms apply; if you don't agree, you can close your account.

12Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to solve it. Failing an amicable solution, the competent courts of Morocco have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
